Business Success Forums - where teams meet up to share ideas and contribute on a quarterly basis with the primary objective of making more money for the members of their group. This meeting is for Chapter Directors, Membership Co-Ordinators and Secretary Treasurers of groups. Attendees: Chapter Director, Membership Co-Ordinator, Secretary/Treasurer - pro-active members of Chapter are also welcome to come and be involved and represent their chapter by arrangement with their own Leadership Team. Growing Your Business by Growing Your Power Team - This workshop will demonstrate the benefits of power teams within chapters; how to grow your power team; and how to maximise the benefit to you by working with your power team outside the weekly BNI meeting. You will also learn how to make the most of your Power Team Focus Day at your chapter over the coming weeks and months. Information Meeting
BNI will share with businesses, their 26 year old proven structured referral marketing system, which is in 40+ countries. We are looking for pro-active businesses, wanting to increase their turnover, and be part of a local, global, national and international referral marketing system in various areas. Leadership Team/Supporting Chapter Roles Training
The purpose of the Leadership Transition Training is to ensure all leaders within chapters are properly trained to enable them to effectively run their weekly meetings and manage their chapters so that maximum value is gained by members. The incoming team roles required to attend training are:- Chapter Director, Membership Co-Ordinator, Secretary/Treasurer, Leadership Team Member No 4 (support role), Lead Visitor Host, Visitors Hosts, Committee Members, Education. Events & Mentor Co-Ordinators Please speak to your incoming and outgoing Leadership Team and your Assistant Director regarding the attendance time for your specific role. The Chapter will be invoiced for the cost of the training to be paid from Chapter funds. We look forward to helping, supporting and guiding you as part of your team to make sure you gain more business through BNI.
