This is a regional event to give every BNI Member an opportunity to network with other members across the region. It will be focused on helping you and your business get more and better business from your BNI membership. There will be a lot of opportunities for you to have 1 to 1s with members in complementary categories. There will be sessions delivered by members who benefit from the most business across the region. They will share with you how they generate more business for themselves. Please ensure every member of the team is present from the committee to hosts etc. The session is split into 2:- First part for everyone to get the team in place and ready to work on welcome and hosting to great education delivery, then committee management and even planning. Second part setting goals for the next 6 months, the hidden elements of the BNI Agenda designed to maximise business for the chapter and the main 3 key roles of the leadership team. This day is designed to explain the BNI system to all members involved in running or helping to run the chapters. So it is a day intended for not just the new leadership teams , but also the visitor hosts, membership committees, education, events and mentor co-ordinators. If you are taking up any of these positions you need to attend this day. Successful regions and successful chapters enable the members to generate more business. To do this we need to run chapter meetings to the BNI agenda and we will explain why each agenda item is important to generating more business. This includes the input of the Membership Co-ordinator and committee, Sec/Treasurer and the co-ordinators. Great visitor hosting ensures a great visitor experiece and this results in more business for everybody. We will show your team how to meet and greet the visitors, set out the sign in table and conduct an effective visitor orientation. This is also a fantastic networking opportunity and we would like to see at least 10 members from each chapter at this event. Leadership Team Half Day
