About Simon Smith Coaching & Training
Simon is a coach, trainer, speaker and author who helps people create more engaging and powerful relationships.
Drawing on his career experiences and his passion for continuous personal development, he has coached and mentored hundreds of business owners and entrepreneurs across the world to engage their audience and develop deep relationships that last.
As an NLP Master Practitioner he motivates and inspires individuals and teams. They make meaningful changes to the way they communicate both to themselves and to others, so they take action and a lack of confidence is a thing of the past.
Simon trained in sales before following a gut instinct to help children with learning difficulties and behaviour problems in a residential school. He attributes his patience and ability to help people communicate more effectively to his time as a Residential Therapist. He then pursued a “traditional” career climbing the corporate ladder in various commercial roles in the hospitality and leisure industry, whilst also embarking on his first three entrepreneurial ventures. After 24 years in corporate life he made the leap into full time self-employment and created a business coaching company which has evolved into what it is today.
Simon is fanatical that anyone can achieve anything. Skills and knowledge can be developed but the right attitude is the fundamental factor in moving forward. He has invested hundreds of thousands of pounds, tens of thousands of hours and travelled across the planet to seek out the best of the best in his pursuit of excellence. He uses his education, research and skills to help his clients around the world.
With a personal mantra borrowed from Zig Ziglar, Simon is passionate that when he helps enough other people get what they want, he will get all and more that he desires from life.
